It's been a couple weeks since I had anything to update.  The weather has turned beautiful and life's been busy.  My sincere apologies to all who have e-mailed me and have not received a response.

In addition I've been trying to finish up the passenger rear wheel tubs.

This has been nearly identical to the procedure shown for the drivers side.  I don't want to bore you with the same pictures and text.

Here is the passenger rear wheel tub with the filler strip flanged and screwed into place with self tappers.

And magically it's all welded in place.  The passenger side was twice as easy because I could work from the outside of the car after removing the rear quarter.

The green arrows indicate a patched area similar to the drivers side.

The biggest news of the week was a buying spree I accidentally went on.  I purchased  a new welder.

This is a Snap On Mighty Mig with a TIG welder attachment.  I haven't mastered the TIG yet!  It's supposed to be really easy, not for me!

I've also been watching this beautiful old girl for about a month.  I approached the owner and we struck a deal.

She's a 1955 210 4 door sedan, 265 with a Powerglide.  I just had to have her.  The body is solid and it runs and drives great.

Welcome to the family!  Now I need to think of a name for her.  Any suggestions?
