The following is the story, hardship and progression of a l957 Chevrolet Bel Air two door hardtop. She needed a complete and full restoration.
I purchased it locally in Fargo, ND.
I've tried to document and update each and every phase of the restoration with photos and text as I go along. I've also attempted to accurately describe what I've done and how I've screwed up in order to help others with their projects.
I try and update the page every week. This site and the Belle itself is a work in progress and there are many times that the update is delayed. Check back often to see what's going on.
I hope you enjoy and can use my experiences with this beautiful old lady.
I thoroughly enjoy all comments and e-mails. Please leave a note or ask a question if I can help.
Thank you for looking,
John
